How we work
PRE SHIPPING ORDERS
Step 1
You request samples from our Pre shipping offer list
Step 2
You choose the coffee you like and place an order with us by sending us an email
Step 3
We get your coffee ready at origin and pay the producer
Step 4
We consolidate your coffee with other orders in a warehouse in Quito and prepare them for export
Step 5
Once we have your coffee in our warehouse we send you a contract
Step 6
Coffee goes on a boat trip
Step 7
We will notify you as soon as coffee lands and it's available at warehouse
Step 8
When you draw coffee down we send you the invoice and dispatch your coffee.
And coffee arrives to you!
Offer list
Each harvest we will have a selection of coffee in SPOT that will be stored in Vollers UK and Vollers Rotterdam.
Ecuador harvest lasts from April to September. Our shipment usually lands in the EU between December and January.
